Parking Payment Instructions
We are very excited to announce
the release of our new parking app!!!
NexPass provides a safe and secure touchless parking experience. It is the easiest and quickest way to register and pay for daily or monthly parking at Nexus Parking Systems. Your phone is your permit. You are set to start parking as soon as you download and register. It’s that easy! Receipts are automatically emailed to you, and you can view current or past parking sessions all through the app!
DOWNLOAD THE APP
DAILY AND OVERNIGHT PARKING
- Scan the QR code at the entrance gate using the scan button (top right on the app) or by using the camera on your mobile device.
- Scan the QR code at the exit gate to exit. (Only scan to exit if you used the QR code to enter.)
MONTHLY PARKING
- Type in the city or location name where you would like to park.
- Select location and follow prompts to register and complete your application. You will be able to view and manage your active permits in the app.
- Use your phone to access the garage.
- Scan the QR code at the exit gate to exit.
NOT USING NEXPASS
If you are not using the NexPass app, you may park and pay for daily or overnight parking as below.
PAY THREE WAYS:
1. By Credit Card
2. By Credit Card with Ticket
3. Pay by Credit Card with Ticket at Pay-on-Foot Station
1. Pay by Credit Card
(No ticket will be issued, bypass pay-on-foot station):
Entering Parking Deck:
- Drive up to entrance station and insert credit card. (Do not take a ticket.)
- The credit card information will be stored (time and date stamped only) until used at exit. You will NOT receive a ticket.
- Remove credit card when instructed.
- Enter garage after gate raises.
- Park in any available space above the first floor not labeled Reserved Parking or otherwise noted.
Exiting Parking Deck:
Do not stop at pay-on-foot station.
Retrieve vehicle and proceed to exit.
- Quickly swipe or insert SAME credit card that was used to enter facility.
- The parking fee due will be charged on the credit card.
- Remove credit card and press green button to obtain receipt.
- Exit the garage after gate raises.

2. Pay by Credit Card with Ticket
(Bypass pay-on-foot station):
Entering Parking Deck:
- Drive up to entrance station and press green button for a ticket.
- Keep the ticket with you in a safe place since you will need it at the exit pay station.
- Enter garage after gate raises.
- Park in any available space above the first floor not labeled Reserved Parking or otherwise noted.
Exiting Parking Deck:
Do not stop at pay-on-foot station.
Retrieve vehicle and proceed to exit.
- Insert ticket into slot.
- Fee will be displayed on LCD screen.
- Quickly swipe credit card in designated slot.
- Press green button to obtain receipt.
- Exit garage after gate raises.

3. Pay by Credit Card
(With ticket at pay-on-foot station):
Entering Parking Deck:
- Drive up to entrance station and press green button for a ticket.
- Keep the ticket with you in a safe place since you will need it at the exit pay station.
- Enter garage after gate raises.
- Park in any available space above the first floor not labeled Reserved Parking or otherwise noted.
Exiting Parking Deck:
Stop at pay-on-foot station in lobby before going to your car.
- Insert ticket into designated slot.
- Fee will be displayed on screen.
- Insert credit card where indicated.
- Remove credit card and press green receipt button to obtain receipt.
- Retrieve your PAID TICKET. YOU WILL NEED THIS IN THE EXIT LANE.
- Retrieve vehicle and proceed to exit station.
- Insert paid ticket into slot.
- Exit garage after gate raises.
