Monthly Non-Reserved Parking Space

With the rental purchase of a monthly pass, the pass guarantees a space in the Pearl Street Parking Garage for one vehicle only. The spaces are located throughout all levels of the parking garage. You may park in any space other than a handicapped space.
MONTHLY COST: $125.00 (plus a $5.00 per month service fee)

Woodmont Metro Tenant Monthly Non-Reserved Parking Space
(Credit/Debit Card Only)
With the rental of Woodmont Metro apartment, tenants can purchase a monthly pass. The pass guarantees a space in the Pearl Street Parking Garage for one vehicle only. The spaces are located throughout all levels of the parking garage.
MONTHLY COST: $125.00 (plus a $5.00 per month service fee)

Cancelling a Monthly Permit Through NexPass

If you no longer wish to be charged as a monthly customer, toggle off auto-renew in the NexPass app under My Passes.

Pearl Street Parking Garage is a six level, 769 space garage. Located in the heart of Downtown Metuchen, it provides short and long term parking for residents, local businesses, commuters, and visitors.

Train service is provided by New Jersey TransitOpens a new window (Northeast corridor line) and there are bus stops to various destinations, a taxi stand and plenty of parking in the six level garage. The average train commute to New York's Penn Station is about 45 minutes making this location convenient for commuters traveling to the many tourist attractions that are offered in New Jersey and New York.
